About Us

The Hersom family is a Christ-loving family of six, living on a beautiful farm in the heart of Northwest Iowa. A few years ago, we moved from our "starter home" in Spencer to the acreage where Brian grew up, just outside of Ruthven.

Our family loves spending time outdoors, surrounded by nature and the wildlife that makes every day on the farm special. Noel has a passion for horses, while Brian’s enthusiasm lies in all things avian. Naturally, our four kids have inherited our love for animals and the great outdoors, making every day an adventure.

Brian serves as the shared Technology Director for two local school districts, while Noel takes on the incredibly rewarding challenge of homeschooling and managing the busy schedules of our active family.
